The goal of the J.C.A. religious school is to instill in our
children a love for Judaism and for learning about the history,
language, culture and religion of the Jews and of Israel. Working
in partnership with parents, the school is committed to using traditional
and innovative approaches to teaching, along with integration of the
creative arts, family education, and the involvement of parents and other
community members. We encourage children to explore their connection to
Judaism and their understanding of what God means to them, to participate in
synagogue life, to develop a love for torah, and to act towards themselves
and others in their homes, their neighborhoods, and the world with compassion
and with loving kindness.
